CONTEXT
The company Klinfield is engaged in cleaning commercial and non-commercial premises in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Klinfield's portfolio ranges from small residential premises to shopping centres or industrial facilities.

The company had a planned change in positioning. The website was more focused on private clients, while Klinfield already had regular large customers such as Nevsky Centre shopping centre or Kanguru children's clothing chain.

SEO audit
Clinfield's business goal is to attract organic traffic and expand its reach without incurring additional costs. Therefore, at the time I joined the project, Clinfield was already working with SEO and the updated site structure was based on comments on how to optimise the future site and what to avoid for the future site.
USER FLOW
User flow design helps to understand how the user will interact with the site at every stage - from the first visit to the order. For a cleaning company, this is especially important: the client often comes in with a specific task and expects to quickly find the right service, find out the cost and leave a request without unnecessary steps. A well-thought-out user scenario allows you to build a logical navigation, shorten the path to the target action and increase conversion rates.
UI-KIT
I developed a systematised set of components: buttons, forms, icons, fonts and styles — with adaptability and reusability in mind. To identify bottlenecks and UI-kit helps to assemble a unified visual language for the product and simplify further work on the interface. This speeds up the design process, maintains consistency across all screens and simplifies the handover of mockups to development.
ФИНАЛЬНАЯ КОНЦЕПЦИЯ
Чтобы выявить узкие места и проблемные точки в навигации был проведён анализ поведения пользователей через Yandex Metrica и тепловые карты. Это позволило выявить слабые точки: высокая доля отказов на мобильных, низкая глубина просмотра на страницах тарифов и сложность восприятия информации на главной.

REDESIGN RESULTS
The average session length increased from 45 seconds to 90 seconds.
Conversion increased from 1.8% to 3.2% (according to Yandex.Metric) due to the reduction of steps to application
